COMPETITION GROUP SCHEDULE

CONTEMPORARY
September Intensive
Mondays @ 6:45-7:15pm - Comp Contemporary 4-5
Tuesdays @ 7:30-8:00pm - Comp Contemporary 5
Tuesdays @ 6:00-6:30pm - Comp Contemporary 7
Comp Contemporary Students must also be enrolled in a Company Class and a Contemporary/Modern Tech Class.

BALLET
September Intensive
Thursdays @ 8:30pm - Comp Ballet 5
Fridays @ 6:15pm - Comp Ballet 6
Fridays @ 7:00pm - Comp Ballet 7
Comp Ballet students must also be enrolled in a minimum of 2-3 Ballet Excel technique classes per week (depending on their level)

ACROBATICS
September Intensive
Thursdays @ 4:00-4:30pm - Comp Acro 3-4 (Bi Weekly)
Thursdays @ 6:30-7:00pm - Comp Acro 5
Tuesdays @ 4:30-5:00pm - Comp Acro 7
Comp Acrobatics students must also be enrolled in 1-2 Acro Excel technique classes per week. Higher levels require additional technique classes (Modern, Ballet or Jazz)

LYRICAL
September Intensive
Fridays @ 3:30-4:00pm - Youth Company 5-6
Fridays @ 4:30-5:00pm - Youth Company 6-7
Comp Lyrical will take place intermittently during the Youth Company Classes. Students competing in Lyrical must be enrolled in ballet and are also recommended to take Jazz.

JAZZ
September Intensives
Wednesdays @ 4:30-5:00pm - Comp Jazz 5-6
Wednesdays @ 8:00-8:30pm - Comp Jazz 7
Comp Jazz students must also be enrolled in a minimum of 1 Jazz tech class and 1 Ballet tech class per week.

HIP HOP
Mondays @ 5:30-6:00pm - Comp Hip Hop 3-4
Thursdays @ 5:00-5:30pm - Comp Hip Hop 4-5
Thursdays @ 4:30-5:00pm - Comp Hip Hop 5-6
Thursdays @ 8:15-8:45pm - Comp Hip Hop 7
Comp Hip Hop students must also be enrolled in a minimum of 1 Hip Hop tech class per week.

MUSICAL THEATRE
Comp MT 3-4 - Practice will take place during tech class on Tuesdays
Comp MT 5-7 (The Greatest Show) - Practices will take place on Pro D Days

COMPETITION SOLO, DUO & TRIOS

Students enrolled in Competition Groups or Youth Performance Company are eligible for Solos, Duos or Trios

SOLO & DUO FEES

Solo Choreography - $400
Duo & Trio - $250 per student

Student Choreo Critique - $50
Provincial Entry - 2 Solos = $500

Fee Covers: 6 hours of private instructed choreography, pre set & music editing, costume recommendations & studio rental fees.
Additional Private Lessons if desired are: $30 per half hour session

There are additional fees for: Costumes & Competition Registration Fees

Full list of festival and competition options for all competition groups. All groups will be registered for Coastal Dance Festival, One Dance Competition & Star Talent. Some groups may be invited to compete at Surrey Festival, Chilliwack Festival & Shine Dance Festival if they would like to.
