GDC Payment PLan Arrangment : 2025-2026

STEP 1

ALL FAMILES MUST COMPLETE BOTH STEPS TO SECURE YOUR REGISTRATION.  PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE WITHDRAWN IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE BOTH STEP 1 & 2

    Payment Plan Agreement

    Note: Credit Card payments incur a 3.4% (plus 15 cents per transaction).
    If you would like to arrange monthly credit card withdrawls (additional admin fees associated) this can be arranged by contacting the GDC office. (Contact info below)

    Families who wish to avoid the credit card surcharges are encouraged to enroll for Direct Debit payments instead which are withdrawn from your bank account and do not incur additional charges or fees. 

STEP 2

Submit Credit Card info in Portal 

All families must have a credit card on file in their account. 

For those who have chosen Credit Card payments, either semi annual or quarterly, your card will be charged automatically on the assigned dates (see below for date info).  You do not need to also sign up for Direct Debit.

​For those who are signing up for Direct Debit Withdrawals, your on file credit card will be used in the event of a NSF payment in your Direct Debit.

For Semi Annual, Quarterly or Monthly Payment plans by automatic bank withdrawl  (Direct Debit)

HOW TO DETERMINE PAYMENT AMOUNTS: To determine what your payments amounts, choose your payment arrangement (Monthly, Quarterly, Semi Annual). Take the total amount indicated owing in your parent portal or invoice and divide it by the following: 

Monthly - Divide equally by 10
Quarterly - Divide equally by 4
Semi Annual - Divide equally by 2

Payment Schedule Dates : 2025-2026

Semi Annual Payments  - September 15, 2025  &  February 15th, 2026

Quarterly Payments - September 5th, 2025,  November 5th, 2025,  February 5th, 2026 & April 5th, 2026

Monthly Payments - September 15th, 2025 - June 15th, 2026
