HOW TO PURCHASE SHOW TICKETS
Tickets are now on sale to GDC families only. We will not open ticket sales to the public until May 20th.
To purchase your tickets we will be doing things a little differently this season. Parents can email in their ticket requests to us and we will email your tickets directly to you once payment is received. This will allow us to bypass the extra ticket charges that the Dance Studio Pro program has started charging customers when you order them online (saving you approximately $3 per ticket).
Tickets ordered via email are $25 per (including GST).
After May 20th online tickets will be available at $25 per plus online services charges & GST from the ticket company.
HOW TO ORDER YOUR TICKETS:
NOTE: Email us at the following address to purchase your ticket. This email is strictly for show questions and ticket orders. No other email topics will be answered from this email address. Alternatively, any ticket orders sent to the main office email will not be fulfilled. This will help us to efficiently meet your tickets needs as different staff members will be handling the different studio emails accounts.

Email your order with the following info:
1. Your child's full name (first and last)
2. Which Show (Dates & Times)
3. How many tickets you require in total (children ages 1 and over require a ticket as per the theatres rules)
4. If you have specific seats you would like, we try to accommodate this. Please list row and seat numbers. (See Attachment) First come, first served.
5. If you require accessible seating (front row is reserved only for those with mobility issues)
6. E-transfer to the same email address ([email protected]) the total amount owing for your tickets.
WHEN & HOW WILL I RECIEVE MY TICKETS
When steps 1-6 are completed your will receive your tickets via email within 2 business days. Tickets will not be held without payment and are non refundable.
NOTE ABOUT TICKET NUMBERS: We have approximately 5 tickets per family available. Some families require far more and some families require far less. If you need to order more than 5 tickets (in total amongst all shows in your cast, not per show). We will guarantee the 5 tickets and then reserve the additional tickets (next to the first 5 so they are all together) for you until we can confirm that we have enough additional tickets to meet your needs. We are usually able to accommodate everyone's requests. After May 20th (or whenever the majority of tickets for a certain cast have been ordered) we will confirm your extra tickets availability with you. This process ensures that all families have access to tickets and no one is left out.
FOR THOSE WHO HAVE ALREADY RESERVED TICKETS
For those of you who reserved tickets up to May 4th. These tickets are now being held for you in kind. Your will receive a follow up email in the next 24 hours to confirm which tickets you have set aside. Please confirm if you would still like all the tickets reserved and send payment to: [email protected]
Once your payment and confirmation is received you will be emailed a copy of your tickets.
